Collection of Personal Information

IP addresses are not linked to information which would lead to you being .personally identifiable.  this information feeds into analytic platforms which show us roughly where in the world and when our visitors access our site.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, We have measures in place to prevent access to our system, and the  HANG 6 host also has high level security measures in place.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file which can be placed on your computer's hard drive which helps us provide you with a more customised experience. Once the file is added the cookie helps us see how the site is interacted with, and ensure we direct our focus accordingly based on analyitcs. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application via Wix can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.

HANG 6 use Google Adwords to drive traffic to the HANG 6 web site. In order to measure the effectiveness of any campaigns we run under the Google Adwords program, we use cookies to help us determine which ads are successfully leading to sales. The Adwords tracking cookies do not supply us with any personally identifiable information.

Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better website experience by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not. A cookie does not allow us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the details you have stated when becoming a member.

Users can create an account on the HANG 6 Site which will allow them to join an online community based around HANG 6 This will enable users to review and track the orders placed on the HANG 6 website. Account-holders can choose to save their details which will improve and speed up any return visit/purchase. Account-holders will usually need to choose a unique user identification and password. This information must not be disclosed to any 3rd party.

Which country's laws apply to any disputes?

You and HANG 6 Ltd both agree that exclusive jurisdiction will be via the courts of England and Wales unless you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.a

Residents of Scotland, may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter, and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

You are not permitted to use them without our approval.

HANG 6 Ltd — Payment Methods Terms & Conditions (Wix Payments, PayPal & Offline)

These Payment Method Terms form part of the HANG 6 Ltd Terms & Conditions and apply to all purchases made through our website checkout.

 

1) Accepted payment methods

We accept the following payment methods (availability may vary by product/service and location):

  • Credit/Debit Cards processed via Wix Payments

  • PayPal

  • Offline payments (only where displayed as an option at checkout or agreed in writing)

2) Card payments (Credit/Debit) — Wix Payments

  • Card payments are processed securely through Wix Payments.

  • By submitting a card payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the card and you authorise us (via Wix Payments) to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including any delivery charges and any applicable taxes.

  • If a card payment is declined or reversed (including via chargeback), we may suspend fulfilment, delivery, access to digital content, or scheduling of services until payment is successfully completed.

  • We do not store your full card details; payment processing is handled by Wix and its payment service providers in accordance with their security standards.

3) PayPal

  • When you select PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete payment in accordance with PayPal’s terms.

  • Payment is considered received when PayPal confirms the transaction.

  • If a PayPal payment is reversed, disputed, or placed on hold, we may pause fulfilment or services until the matter is resolved and/or funds are cleared.

4) Offline payments

  • “Offline payment” means payment methods that are not processed through our online checkout (for example bank transfer or cash), only where we offer this option.

  • For offline payments:

    • Your order/booking is not confirmed until we have received cleared funds (or other agreed proof of payment, where applicable).

    • Items will not be dispatched and services will not be delivered until payment is received, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

    • If payment is not received within the timeframe stated at checkout (or, if not stated, within 48 hours), we may cancel the order/booking.

5) Currency, exchange rates and fees

  • Prices are shown at checkout. If you are paying from outside the UK, your card provider/PayPal may apply exchange rates and/or additional fees. These fees are charged by your payment provider, not by HANG 6 Ltd.

6) Payment timing for services and plans

  • Coaching/NLP plans are payable in full at the start of the plan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Where a recurring plan/subscription is offered, payments will be taken automatically on the renewal schedule shown at checkout until cancelled (cancellation can be done online by the client).

7) Fraud prevention and verification

To protect our customers and HANG 6 Ltd, we may carry out reasonable fraud-prevention checks. If we suspect unauthorised or fraudulent activity, we may:

  • cancel the order/booking,

  • request additional verification, and/or

  • refund any received payments back to the original payment method.

8) Receipts and records

We will provide an order confirmation/receipt by email (or via your account) once payment is confirmed. Please keep this for your records.

9) Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Payment Method Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

HANG 6 Ltd Coaching Plan Policy (UK-based, clients worldwide)

(Including NLP offerings)

1) Purpose

This Coaching Plan Policy explains how coaching and NLP plans are purchased, paid for, scheduled, delivered and cancelled with HANG 6 Ltd. It is intended to be fair, transparent and compliant with UK consumer law, while complementing our wider worldwide policies, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

2) Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to all clients who purchase from HANG 6 Ltd, including:

  • Individual coaching sessions

  • Multi-session coaching plans (bundles)

  • Recurring coaching plans (subscriptions)

  • NLP offerings (as defined in Section 3)

3) Definitions

  • Client / You: the person purchasing services.

  • HANG 6 Ltd / We / Us: the service provider.

  • Plan: a package containing a defined number of sessions.

  • Recurring Plan: a plan that renews automatically until cancelled.

  • Coaching: structured sessions focused on goals, performance, behaviour change and personal/professional development.

  • NLP Offerings: sessions or programmes that use Neuro-Linguistic Programming tools and frameworks (e.g., reframing, values work, language patterns, belief/change techniques, timeline-style processes, and related coaching interventions) for development and change work.

    • Important: NLP offerings delivered by HANG 6 Ltd are provided as coaching/development services, not as regulated medical treatment.

4) Commitment to booked sessions

  1. Commitment on purchase
    When you purchase a HANG 6 coaching or NLP plan, you are committing to the number of sessions included in that plan.

  2. Plans offering savings
    Some plans offer savings compared with purchasing single sessions individually. Where a plan is discounted, pricing assumes the plan is used in line with this policy, including the defined delivery timescales.

  3. Plans are sold as a package
    Plans are not “pay as you go”. Sessions within a plan are allocated as part of the package and cannot be partially returned, except where required by UK law or agreed by us in writing.

5) Payment terms

  1. Payment in full at the start
    Coaching and NLP plans must be paid in full in advance at the start of the plan, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  2. Currency and fees
    Prices are displayed at checkout. Clients outside the UK are responsible for exchange-rate differences or any bank/card provider fees.

  3. Tax/VAT
    Where applicable, taxes (including VAT) will be applied and shown at checkout or on your invoice in accordance with UK requirements.

6) Recurring plans: cancel anytime online

  1. Client-controlled cancellation
    Clients on recurring plans can cancel at any time online via their account/portal on the platform used to subscribe.

  2. Effect of cancellation

    • Cancellation stops future renewals.

    • You retain access to services already paid for in the current billing period, unless stated otherwise at purchase.

    • No further payments will be taken after cancellation takes effect (subject to platform processing cut-off times).

  3. Avoiding the next payment
    To avoid being charged again, cancel before the next renewal date/time shown in your account.

7) UK time zone for sessions

  1. UK time applies to all bookings
    All session times are scheduled and communicated using UK time (GMT or BST depending on the time of year).

  2. International clients
    If you are outside the UK, it is your responsibility to convert UK time into your local time and attend at the scheduled time.

8) Defined timescales: sessions must take place within the plan period

  1. Plan delivery period
    Sessions must take place within the plan’s defined timescale as stated at purchase (e.g., “6 sessions over 12 weeks”, or other stated period).

  2. Expiry of unused sessions
    Any sessions not used by the end of the plan period may expire and be forfeited, unless:

    • an extension is agreed by HANG 6 Ltd in writing, or

    • a different outcome is required by applicable UK consumer law.

  3. Extensions (discretionary)
    HANG 6 Ltd may grant extensions in genuine circumstances (e.g., illness or significant disruption), at our discretion and subject to availability. Any extension will be confirmed in writing.

9) Rescheduling, lateness and missed sessions

  1. Rescheduling requests
    Rescheduling is permitted subject to:

    • the notice period stated at booking/checkout (or if not stated, at least 48 hours’ notice), and

    • coach availability.

  2. Late arrival
    If you arrive late, the session will usually still end at the originally scheduled end time.

  3. No-shows / late cancellations
    Where a client does not attend, or cancels without sufficient notice, the session may be treated as delivered and deducted from the plan, unless fairness or applicable consumer law requires otherwise (e.g., emergencies).

10) NLP-specific provisions

  1. Nature of NLP services
    NLP offerings are delivered as coaching/development interventions intended to support insight, skill-building and change. Outcomes vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

  2. Not a substitute for healthcare
    NLP offerings are not medical advice, diagnosis, counselling, psychotherapy, or treatment. If you need medical or mental-health support, you should contact a qualified healthcare professional.

  3. Suitability and safeguarding
    HANG 6 Ltd may decline, pause or refer you to appropriate support where:

    • the service requested is outside the scope of coaching/NLP,

    • there is a safeguarding concern, or

    • we reasonably believe specialist clinical support is more appropriate.

  4. Client responsibility
    You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. Coaching/NLP is a collaborative process and works best with honest engagement and follow-through between sessions.

11) Cooling-off period, refunds and UK consumer rights

This section is intended to reflect UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

  1. 14-day cooling-off period (online/distance sales)
    If you purchase online or at a distance as a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase.

  2. Starting services during the cooling-off period
    If you request that coaching/NLP begins within the 14-day period, and you then cancel during that time, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for sessions already delivered.

  3. After the cooling-off period
    Once the cooling-off period has ended, refunds are not normally provided for:

    • change of mind

    • unused sessions

    • failure to schedule or attend within plan timescales
      unless required by law or agreed by HANG 6 Ltd in writing.

  4. If HANG 6 Ltd cancels
    If we cancel a session, we will offer a reschedule or a proportionate credit/refund for the affected session(s), where appropriate.

  5. Reasonable care and skill
    Your statutory rights remain in place. If a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to remedies such as repeat performance or a price reduction where applicable.

12) Confidentiality and data protection

  1. Confidentiality
    Coaching and NLP sessions are treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm.

  2. Data protection (UK GDPR)
    HANG 6 Ltd processes personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

13) Complaints and resolution

If you have concerns about your plan or sessions, please contact HANG 6 Ltd as soon as possible so we can try to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.

14) Worldwide clients and local mandatory rights

HANG 6 Ltd is UK-based and this policy is designed to comply with UK law. If you purchase from outside the UK, your local mandatory consumer rights may also apply. Nothing in this policy is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15) Policy updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The version that applies to you is the one in force at the time of purchase (unless changes are required by law).
