SHIPPING & RETURNS

UK delivery

  • Standard (non-custom) items: we usually dispatch within 7 working days.

  • Customised / made-to-order items: where additional custom work is requested (e.g., extra length or other paid customisation), items are hand-made to order and usually dispatch within 15 working days. This is subject to complexity and hallmarking requirements where applicable. 

  • Large / bulk orders: please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and provide an estimated lead time.

  • Same-day dispatch: where possible (depending on order time and stock), we may dispatch the same day (not guaranteed).

 

Working days are Wednesday to Friday, 1800hrs - 2200hrs excluding UK bank holidays.

 

Worldwide delivery (outside the UK)

  • Standard International (includes up to £20 compensation/cover) may take up to 14 working days, depending on destination.

  • Tracked & Signed International (includes up to £250 compensation/cover) is typically delivered within 7 working days, depending on destination.

  • Free Tracked & Signed worldwide shipping is available on orders over £200.

  • We do not currently ship to Russia.

 

United States — important update (customs requirements from 29 August 2025)

From 29 August 2025, the United States ended the previous $800 “de minimis” duty-free treatment for commercial shipments, meaning most commercial goods sent to the US may be subject to import duties/tariffs and taxes regardless of value. This can also increase customs processing time. 

What this means for US orders:

  • Import charges may apply on delivery (or prior to delivery), even on low-value orders. 

  • Your carrier may contact you to request payment of duties/taxes or additional information needed for clearance.

  • We will complete customs documentation accurately, but we can’t guarantee clearance times or whether charges will be applied.

Royal Mail also notes that US customs requirements changed on 29 August 2025 and that US-specific services may be used to support compliance. 

 

Customs information (all international orders)

  • We are required to submit electronic customs data for goods sent internationally (in addition to the physical customs declaration). Missing or incorrect customs data can cause delays, returns, or disposal by customs/carriers.

  • Please ensure your delivery details are complete and correct to avoid clearance delays.

 

Carriers

  • Royal Mail is used as the initial carrier for UK and international services. International items may be transferred to a local carrier in the destination country.

 

Delivery timeframes & your UK consumer rights

  • We aim to deliver without undue delay and, unless we’ve agreed a different timeframe with you, within 30 days of order acceptance (UK consumer standard for distance sales). If we can’t meet the agreed timeframe, you may have the right to cancel and receive a refund in line with UK consumer law. 

  • Risk in transit: goods remain our responsibility until they are in the physical possession of you (or someone you nominate to receive them). 

 

VAT & pricing (worldwide)

  • We are not VAT-registered, so we do not charge UK VAT.

  • Because no UK VAT is charged, there is no VAT deduction for overseas/EU/US customers — the price shown on the website is the price payable for the goods.

  • For deliveries outside the UK, import VAT/sales tax, customs duties and handling fees (if charged by your country/carrier) are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.

Return & Exchange Policy

Contact us with your order number and a brief reason for the return (and, where possible, photos). Once we confirm the return details, please package the item securely and send it back to us. We recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured service. Unless the return is because the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, the cost of return postage is your responsibility.

We will confirm receipt when your parcel arrives and will then process the return as agreed — repair, replacement/exchange, or refund — in line with your statutory rights.

Exchanges, We will cover the return postage back to you for UK addresses only. We can accept returns from overseas customers, but we are unable to offer carriage-paid returns outside the United Kingdom (and any applicable customs charges remain the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a fault).
