SHIPPING POLICY
'Standard' items will shipped within 2 working days.
For items that are customised (any item which has additional custom work charges, such as additional length, etc, these will be posted with 5 working days as they are hand-made to order.
For large orders, please ensure that you make contact before placing your order. This is so that we can give an indication of lead-in times.
If your order can be posted the same day, it will be.
Shipping outside the UK (Worldwide)
Standard delivery which only offers £20 of insurance, and can take up to 14 working days dependent on region. This is the automatic setting for orders of £20 or less.
Tracked and signed for delivery offers up to £250 of insurance, and is typically delivered within 7 working days. This is automatically applied for orders above £20.
Free Tracked and signed for worldwide shipping for orders above £200.
I currently do not ship to Russia.
Royal Mail is used as the initial handler for both, domestic and worldwide services.
Please note, that as we do not change VAT as we don't meet the threshold in turnover. Therefore items sent to the EU etc will not be subject to any deductions or reductions.
The price you see on the site is applicable worldwide.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Contact us with your Order Number and reason for requesting a return. Securely wrap your parcel. Return your parcel to us, preferably using a tracked and insured shipping method, this will be at your cost. We will let you know when we have let you received your parcel, and from there, process your repair, refund or exchange. For repairs or exchange we will cover the postage back to you (UK addresses only). We are happy to receive returns from overseas customers, however, we are not able to offer carriage-paid returns outside of the United Kingdom.
