This 'FORWARD' brass piece from the R E S I L I E N C E Range consists of frosted Onyx beads.
Each Brass HANG 6 Icon is finished by hand, oxidised and patina applied individually, so no two are the same, they have different casting marks, they are not 'imperfect' they are individual. our scars are part of what makes us who we are.
These castings are pretty raw and have a feel about them you just don't get in mass produced items. This is from a very early mould, prerear logo, so a bit of a collectors piece.
This represents the periods where forward momentum is what you need..
I set a topic to think about, regarding resilience whilst working on a piece from the collection.
In this case it was it was having to have a kidney op to enable me to do a combat system instructors course. I couldn’t get signed off for the course until I had an all clear in writing from a surgeon. I had the stent removed less than 48 hours before the physically intensive course begun. Attended and passed.
It's the forward momentum of the process that I had to move through is what I think of, absolute focus on the goal.
