THE LEAP
T H E L E A P
There is a line between the life you know and the life that might be waiting for you.
Most people stand at that line far longer than they should.
Behind them is familiarity. Routine. The comfort of knowing what tomorrow will look like. Ahead lies uncertainty, no guarantees, no map and no promise that the ground will rise to meet them.
THE LEAP is about crossing that line anyway.
It represents the moment when remaining comfortable begins to cost more than stepping into the unknown. When the old comfort blanket dissolves and fear loses its authority. Not because fear has disappeared, but because curiosity and purpose have become more powerful.
This is not recklessness. It is a conscious decision to stop allowing certainty to imprison possibility.
The materials within THE LEAP were chosen to carry that story.
BRONZE — THE COURAGE TO BEGIN
Bronze helped humanity move from one age into another. It became the material of tools, weapons, armour and exploration, a metal shaped by fire and used by those prepared to build, travel and push beyond the boundaries of the known world.
Within THE LEAP, bronze represents action: the decision that turns intention into movement. It will naturally develop character and patina as it travels with you, recording the journey rather than remaining untouched by it.
GREEN TIGERS EYE — VISION BEYOND FEAR
Tiger’s Eye is recognised for its shifting, light-catching bands, an effect that changes as the stone moves and the viewing angle alters.
That makes it particularly relevant to this piece.
What appears frightening from one position can look entirely different when you move. Green Tigers Eye traditionally symbolises courage, focus, confidence and clear intention. Here, it represents curiosity: the willingness to look again, question the story fear is telling you and see opportunity where you once saw only risk.
LAVA STONE — STRENGTH BORN FROM DISRUPTION
Lava stone begins in violence and uncertainty. Molten rock is forced from beneath the surface, exposed to the unknown and transformed into something solid.
Its rough, porous texture retains the evidence of that transformation.
Traditionally associated with grounding, strength and renewal, Lava Stone represents what happens after the leap, the moment disruption begins to settle, new ground forms beneath your feet and you realise that leaving the familiar did not destroy you.
It revealed you.
THE LEAP is not a promise that everything will work out.
It is a reminder that certainty was never guaranteed in the first place. That comfort can quietly become confinement. That fear deserves to be heard, but it does not deserve the final decision.
Stand at the line.
Feel the weight of everything trying to keep you where you are.
Then let curiosity pull you forward.
Let purpose crush fear.
Take THE LEAP.
It takes approx 2 weeks to create these skulls, If i happen to have a few good to go it could be next day delivery, but please allow 2 weeks.
Wrist sizing is critical!
These are made to order, sized for your wrist.
Without a wrist size I can't make your piece.
Measure at the narrowest part of the wrist, next to skin, no gaps, this will give the best fit. If you allow a bit extra the chances are the skull will keep rotating downwards and you'll want a re-size, which incurs an additional cost. Measure twice, cut once. ;)
If a wrist size isn't provided with the order, I'll send a 17.5cm (average size) by default.
