So, there's this shop in the heart of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter...
This shop (who's name will be passed on shortly) has always stood out from the crowd.
It stocks some awesome pieces from local jewellery artists, and it's where you need to go if you are looking for something that's truly exclusive.
Well, a few weeks ago I popped in to get a little something for my other half, and thought 'I wonder what you have to do to be displayed in here..'.
I found out after chatting to the awesome guys there that they love the range and what's required to get them on display in their shop. I now have a few select pieces from the RESILIENCE range planned for there, and some new pieces exclusive to their shop.
You only find out what's possible if you actually make the move to find out.
Well this has sparked some ideas for some other potential collaborations, and guess what, some people when asked say no, and that's never going to be a problem!
That just leaves space for another open door further on down the road.
The images are of a little marker for my shelf... It's raw, it has presence despite it's size and it's something I've smiled through every ounce of creating it. The original wax cast I did didn't come out as planned, but I couldn't just bin it, not happening, it means something it's part of the evolution of HANG 6... and if you're reading this, thanks for coming along for the ride!
