DEEP BLUE
'DEEP BLUE' is a Hallmarked Sterling Silver first piece from the Resilience range, consisting of 6&8mm Blue/Green Tigers Eye and Stainless Steel feature spacers.
The powerful and resilient depths of the ocean inspire Deep Blue. Featuring a combination of blue and green Tiger's Eye beads, this design is a perfect reminder of our oceans' strength and utter beauty.
This piece features a 16mm tall HANG 6 Icon Skull. The rear logo has been eroded, aged as if dragged along the sea bed.
Each piece is finished by hand, by me, oxidized, and the patina is applied individually, so no two are the same. In addition, each piece has slightly different casting marks making them as individual as you.
The beads used are selected to represent all the shades of the ocean, from greens through to blue, with a bit of sand kicked up.
Deep Blue, all the way up to a point around 200m below the surface where light fades, the last traces of blue disappear.
It doesn't matter how much life tries to drag you down. Stay in the resilient blue zone, and aim for the surface. NEVER QUIT.
