Hang 6 to a lot of people is probably just another jewellery brand, but to a few, the pieces they produce mean a lot more to people who've been through some battles and come out with some scars, some that can be seen, some that can't, the handcrafted pieces from hang 6 are talismans. Reminders that you've survived 100% of your worst days and, for some, in the quiet times, a symbol of steadfast resilience to keep on keeping on, knowing there's a small but mighty community of individuals who are doing the same! Hang 6 is a bastion for them, and Dave, maybe unknowingly, has fostered a community of these like-minded warriors. Every hang 6 piece is individual just like their owners, and like their owners their character defines them.

In December 2025, Jordan Wylie MBE dropped into the frozen emptiness of the Heritage Range, chasing the kind of “unknown” most people only talk about. Not to tick a box… but to do something genuinely rare: stand where no human had ever stood before.
Days blurred into a cycle of grit: haul the kit, read the weather, move when you can, dig in when you can’t. And then it started happening, first ascent one… then another… then another. Three unclimbed, unnamed peaks, taken in brutal cold and savage wind, a proper slice of authentic exploration.
But that was only phase one.
From there, he pivoted from vertical suffering to horizontal punishment, setting off from Union Glacier on a 10-day ski to the South Pole, pushing through temperatures around −30°C, with polar explorer Louis Rudd MBE alongside him.
And on 17 December 2025, he made it: South Pole. Completed.
The point wasn’t just the achievement, it was the impact. The expedition is tied to raising £100,000 for the Army Cadet Charitable Trust UK (ACCT UK), helping create life-changing opportunities for young people across the UK — and during the expedition, he shared that the fundraising had passed £60,000, and is on it's way to that awesome goal.
I'm incredibly proud to share that Jordan wore his HANG 6 pieces on that expedition, breaking new ground, proving that purpose and resilience can take you to amazing places.
